Volunteer Role Name: Front Desk Officer (FSC Woodlands)

Volunter Role Description:

  • Attend to phone calls, walk ins, enquiries and referrals and follow up where appropriate

  • Transfer phone calls and note phone messages

  • Ensure relevant information is obtained and captured

  • Highlight safety concerns to relevant persons where necessary

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Strictly adhere to PDPA regulations

  • Support other admin ad-hoc duties


Volunteer Specifications:

  • At least 21 years old

  • Able to provide quality customer service to service users and other stakeholders

  • Able to maintain a calm, courteous disposition

  • Able to carry out administrative functions

  • Proficient in English
